Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
We may offer free delivery on selected promotions or minimum order amounts (if applicable).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure availability at the time of delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order is not received, it may be returned to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures as proof. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, Dyaar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
