✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift sets once opened
🔄 Exchange Policy
We happily offer exchanges if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue via WhatsApp.
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 5-7 business days.
